Looking Back at Best of Belron® 2026 🏆: an extraordinary experience
The two-day Best of Belron® 2026 event in Lisbon was all about excellence, precision, and passion for the craft. Above all, it provided an opportunity to celebrate the true heroes of our company: our technicians.
👉 We now have a winner: Sebastian Ernst (Carglass® Germany) has been crowned Best of Belron® 2026 Technician.
Thanks to his calm approach, technical expertise, and attention to detail throughout the competition, he impressed the judges and prevailed against exceptionally strong international competition.

And of course, congratulations to all the finalists: reaching this level and representing your country is already a remarkable achievement.
Qualifying for Best of Belron® is a major accomplishment in itself. Participants must first win regional and national competitions in their home countries before earning a place in the global final. A total of 30 technicians then competed in a series of technical challenges designed to replicate real-world working situations:
• Replacement of side and rear windows
• Repair of stone chips on windshields
• Preparation and organization of the work area
• Complete windshield replacement, including recalibration of ADAS systems (advanced driver-assistance systems) 🚗🔧
A Strong Swiss Delegation
Switzerland was represented by Robel Tkabo (Carglass® Service Center Geneva), who had the opportunity to compete against the group’s best technicians.
Participating in such an international event is a special recognition of our teams’ expertise, dedication, and professionalism.
